We are excited to offer our first ever Curiosity and Wonder Kids Summer Camp on the Little Hill this summer! Bringing children and families to the Farm has always been a priority - now your child will have a chance to experience the Farm in a new and magical way. Curiosity and Wonder Camp will build on the unique nature around the farm with a focus on play, creativity, observation, nature journaling, engineering, and fun!
Molly (co-owner of the farm along with Aaron) will be leading the summer camps. As many of you know, Molly has been an elementary school teacher for over 15 years at Prairie Creek Community School, was a Student Naturalist at Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center, and was a camp counselor and leader at other Nature Centers in her "younger years." ;-) She is thrilled to bring her years of experience with children in nature to the Farm.
Here are the details:
- We have 3 sessions of camp. June 12-15, June 19-22, and June 26-29.
- Each camp session will run Monday through Thursday from 9am to Noon for ages 5 - 9.
- The cost of each session is $175 per child.
- We are limiting the size of each session to 16 kids.
- When you sign up, please put the name and age of each child and their t-shirt size in the notes section. (Choose from the following sizes: Youth XS 4/5, Youth Small 6/7, Youth Medium 8/9, Youth Large 10/11).
- We'll send out an email with additional details about what to expect a couple of weeks before camp.
